We decided to have some fun and play the old parlor game about being stranded on a desert island. If you were going to be stranded on a desert island for the next ten years and were allowed to take only 30 albums along with you (yes, assume you have the necessary means to play the albums), what would you take? Remember, this is all you'll be able to listen to for the next ten years...

A few ground rules:

• You are allowed 30 titles
• Multiple disc sets which were sold as one unit count as one title
• Multiple volume sets which were sold individually count as individual titles (Volume 1 is one title, Volume 2 is another)
• Each title must have been available for sale at some point. Bootlegs are ok, but not audience tapes of live performances.
• CD or LP formats only, please!

Henry's going to get us started with his list, and then it's YOUR TURN. We invite you to submit your own Desert Island Listening Library to us by email and I will post it here. You don't have to put any explanation for your choices, unless you want to...just type 'em up in an email message and send them to:
